Guest and signed-in sessions
Playing without signup still creates an anonymous authentication session, so the service can recognise your browser and protect your answers. We store your chosen display name, room membership, answers, and reactions to run the activity. Saving a room requires a signed-in host account.
Who sees answers?
Before reveal, each participant can access only their own answer. After reveal, names and answers are shared with participants in that round. Anyone with the room link can join, including after reveal; share links only with your intended team. You may skip any question.
Room lifetime and history
Guest rooms become inaccessible six hours after creation. Expiry is an access limit, not a promise that all underlying records are immediately erased. Saved rooms keep a stable link. Starting a new round deletes the previous round’s answers and reactions from active storage. Free accounts do not have a history view. Service backups may retain earlier records according to the hosting provider’s retention policies.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for usage and performance measurement. Spark events record activity milestones, not answer text or display names. Supabase provides authentication and room storage. We do not sell personal information.
Retired activities
Legacy Poker, Retrospective, and Orbit Four are no longer available. Removing them from the product does not itself delete previously stored room data.
